Replacement part needed. No help given

Verified Reviewer |Defective Cast Iron Burner Cap
1. I purchased new a VGIC53626BSS range 12/25/2023.
There is a defective PA080015 BURNER CAP-VGRT XBKX
One of the 3 placement tangs, on the bottom side of one of the 6 burner caps, was not formed during the casting procedure and is missing.
I need a replacement PA080015 BURNER CAP-VGRT XBKX shipped to me.
2. Viking assembly line quality control is severely lacking. The roller bearings located on the burner drip pan were not attached and one had the nut/lock washer reversed. When the lock washer was reversed, it provides no locking effect whatsoever.
3. The drip pan itself was not brake formed to dwg spec and isnt aligned properly in the slot, when stowed.
4. The oven during preheating cycle makes an extremely loud explosion sound when in operation. I can only describe this sound as something close to Oil Canning or interior metal expanding during preheat. The first few times I was caught unaware with this extremely loud explosion, as I thought a claymore mine was detonated.
5. The 6 burners during operation work fine, Its when the burners are turned off with the *** is when gas has seemingly accumulated and gives off a mini explosion upon termination.
6. Maybe, I should have purchased a Wolf or Bluestar range instead?

Poor quality and service
Help !!! Please send us an outside Viking Service Rep
We live in Las Vegas. We have a large double oven stove.
The local service rep, Service Pro, no longer answer phone calls or emails. Every time they use to come out to repair our ovens, they would put in a part to correct the problem but it never worked. They were out months ago to fix both ovens on the stove. The small oven still spews gas out when turned on after they "fixed" the problem.
The large oven doesn't work at all. They were to order a part and return and fix the large oven. They never returned and are unreachable. We've had issues with this Viking stove for the past 3 years but this Viking rep.
company in Las Vegas is terribly incompetent and don't know how to repair our Viking stove. We have not been able to use our ovens for many months. We are exasperated with this expensive stove that does not work. We are strongly asking you to fly in one of your executive service reps to diagnose the problems and have the stove up and working, or Viking must send us a replacement stove.
We have no intention of replacing it at our expense. This stove should last many, many years - it's a Viking!

THE WORST OF THE WORST - STAY AWAY FROM VIKING
I have a Viking Refrigerator that is, and always has been, a piece of junk. Among other constant and apparently unfixable problems, I keep the large fruit and vegetable drawer at the highest available temperature setting.
Nonetheless, the fruits and vegetable that I put in the drawer freeze. I have had factory authorized Viking repair technicians make numerous attempts to fix the freezing problem. After spending wheelbarrows full of money to have the freezing problem fixed, the only thing that has changed is my bank account. It has been reduced by the wheelbarrows full of money I paid to have the freezing problem fixed.
Nonetheless, the freezing problem has not been fixed and there has been no improvement. Anything put into the fruit and vegetable drawer freezes despite the fact that the drawer is kept at the highest available temperature setting. I have called Viking on several occasions, and they did not provide any help or tell me where I might get someone to fix the freezing problem and did not give me any information on how to get the freezing problem fixed.
It is my individual, personal, subjective belief that I was ripped off by this company. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion and belief, that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.

This Viking Service Rep company, Service Pro, in Las Vegas, that Viking recommended, is incompetent because they never knew how to repair our double oven stove. We have been without either oven on our stove for many months now.
Why? Because they don't have the knowledge to get it up and running. They no longer answer phone calls and emails. Because Viking Corp.
recommended this Viking authorized service company, I am begging them to send us an outside authorized rep to analyze the problems and have them repaired. Or, replace this stove for a Viking stove that works.
Paying for such a high-end stove, that is to have a long life, doesn't work is the responsibility of Viking Corp. Fix it now or replace it now.

THE WORST OF THE WORST
I have found that my Viking Refrigerator has a problem on which I have spent hundreds of dollars to repair. However, at this time it has been classified as a problem that cannot be repaired.
Specifically, fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable drawer freeze. The authorized Viking repair company has been unable to fix this problem and Viking has been unable to tell me or their authorized repair company how to fix this problem. Bottom line is that I am left with a multi-thousand dollar refrigerator that is not usable as it is and cannot be repaired. I, personally, would never purchase another Viking product, especially a refrigerator, because Viking does not stand behind its products.

Tech was late, give estimate for $950.00 took deposit, call few days later and tell me that price will be $1700.00. Price was little too expensive and sad that I will not do repair write now, George tech call me few days later and tell me price drop to $1300.00, or he will sand deposit back minus services charge.
I urge for return deposit and never received one back. After trying to deposit money on my account was not successful, his chick was bounced and I received penalty for this check I called him he said the they don't except payment call ismo salko who is son of my wife Elena Salko and he read it tried to read the positive money again it was not success he said he will bring money to home and never showed up. My attempt to get contact with Gregory not successful. I've tried to call him numerous time and send it SMS messages.

Our problems began early on when it the oven began to malfunction. It would start blinking and the temperature would drop.
We learned to turn it off and then on again but then the pre-heat function would ignite the broiler and char whatever was in the oven, setting off the smoke alarm. We were told various things by various repairmen, from the hinges might be defective to the thermostat and motherboard. It appeared that the issue was rampant, but that the company would not pay to fix problems.
The dealer directed us to an authorized repair service and the repair service offered to replace parts but wasnt entirely sure that was the problem.
I began to complain recently to their corporate owners (Viking is owned by Middleby Corp (Nasdaq: MIDD) only to be blocked by them on Twitter. Now Im on a mission to let people know.
