We bought a house last year that has a Viking stove. Within a few months of moving in, one of the burners as well as the oven stopped working correctly.

I live in Southern York County, PA, near the Maryland line (40 minutes from Baltimore, 40 minutes from Harrisburg) yet there is NO ONE who services Viking ranges anywhere near me. I have contacted Viking numerous times and they are no help at all.

Now we have to buy a new stove. Why would anyone want a Viking range that is unable to be fixed when something goes wrong???

I will never buy a Viking - awful customer service and defective, expensive appliances.
