We have a custom kitchen with Viking Professional 450 dishwasher, French door refrigerator and gas wall oven. Wall oven seems OK , but dishwasher has had the same intermittent problem while under warranty-- wash cycle does not finish, and then you can't start it again--"Hula disconnect error".

2 different authorized service groups have replaced most of the electronics, but the problem still happens.

BTW they NEVER have parts in stock ( units must be breaking down all over ) and service groups were both very unprofessional.

Refigerator is stainless steel-- stainless is showing pitting rust spots-- must be poor quality stainless, does not keep food at uniform temp ( some stuff is frozen with 42 degree setting ), and base freezer had had two occasions where it over frosted.

Delays in service, lack of parts, and issues that will probably outlast the warranty need to be dealt with. Best advice-- STAY AWAY FROM VIKING!
