Viking Range - Worst Customer Service Ever
Purchased a Viking Wine Refrigerator 3 years ago.......has been out of service for 9 months.Repair rep said they are not able to fix the refrigerator.
Since then, we have been attempting to get Viking to live up to their warranty. To date with over 40 calls, we are nowhere........no calls returned..........very frustrating.
We have been dealing with Patsy and Jennifer.......we have had to hire an attorney.Since company got sold,they are not as focused on their customer..DO NOT BUY VIKING PRODUCTS......they do not stand behind them....it is a poor representation of American made
